Open Book Press, publishing arm of Dark Dance Productions, LLC, brings a world of imagination, discovery and adventure. Our editorial focus brings the person who is reluctant to read out into the sunshine of new worlds and new ideas. Our line of award winning graphic novels can be found in the college classroom and in your local library. We will not only entertain our readers, but like the myth makers of old, our stories will be poignant and enlightening.

OBP is owned by Dark Dance Productions, LLC, a multi media company created to bring the best in entertainment in publishing and feature films. Headquarters for Dark Dance Productions is in Studio City, California. Dark Dance is dedicated to publishing the best in graphic novels and children's books.

Managing Editor for OBP is Doug Crill, who lives in Toledo, Ohio. Doug's additional duties include being a screenplay and graphic novel writer. His successful series Cry Wolf has gained national attention and awards.

Art Director at OBP is Daniel Frey, who lives in Studio City, California. Dan comes to the team at OBP with his experience of working with nationally known clients including those from feature film, magazine and book illustration.
